IMO, that would be oversteering, just as bad or worse than understeering.
Once you reach stabilization, added drag will not increase accuracy, so you would be somewhat correct. I don't believe over stabilize is a thing, but who knows. Looking at the size of some of those fixed, it will take quite a bit to offset their tendency to plane.

A couple more things.
1. What is a “crazy fletch” arrow? Pictures?
2. It seems you would need a control? Maybe all 3 arrows shot with 100 grain n 125 grain field tip, just so we can see what that does in both weights.
3. Freehand, bench rest, or death grip or equivalent?
4. Weather will be a factor, so conditions need to be the same. I’ve seen these tests done over an extended period of time and that’s too much variance for me.

So those were two 125 grain heads.
What it showed me is that I would shoot either one of these with any vane in my hunting comfort zone.
If you want to see the other three heads or if this enough please just let me know.
Anyone of these heads or vanes with just a couple of tweets to the red dot would be consistently in the kill zone.
