Is the area just above the latch the only connection for the rail/red dot? Is there any spring to it?.....by a mile:- ) Long, for fore / aft scope adjustability and super durable, thanks to solid attachment on both ends, unlike diving board type rails.

Marty, I’ve called them diving board rails way before I ever saw the R26 rail.Moon.....lol....diving board rails ? Are you stirring the mud ?
Yup, seen you use "diving board" years ago to describe them.Marty, I’ve called them diving board rails way before I ever saw the R26 rail.
What's that about great minds??? LOLI see we posted at the same time, Sam, about the same bow.... LOL

My opinion of course after shooting and hunting with almost 20 crossbows during the last 15 years.
A few of you guys are so defensive.
T, yes, exactly like the ones on my favorite crossbows over the years. The R26/29 rail offers vastly more scope adjustability and is tough as h-ll compared to the diving board rails.
There is no reason why this design can’t be integrated into a rail type crossbow either.
Duke, I’m surprised you didn’t find a way to include and automobile or women into this![]()
