I noticed on their website that they do not state any arrow weights used to determine speed. Probably used a 370 or less grain arrow.
If they followed their 2019 program for Spec info. (and I'd bet they did) they used the ProLite arrow to produce the "Up To" speeds for these xbows, which is a 370 gn 20" carbon.I noticed on their website that they do not state any arrow weights used to determine speed. Probably used a 370 or less grain arrow.
10Pt are you able to comment on the claim of "world's lightest crossbow"? 0:07 of this video:Yes, the speeds are with the 370 grain Pro Lite arrow.
Arrow/Speed specs are up on the site now.I noticed on their website that they do not state any arrow weights used to determine speed. Probably used a 370 or less grain arrow.
Actually they got different grain arrows, consequently different speeds. It looks like to me they will shoot different with same arrow. A little confusing.Sooo the RDX and Invader are both claiming 400 fps but 8 fp difference in ke. Common core math?
Sooo the RDX and Invader are both claiming 400 fps but 8 fp difference in ke. Common core math?
Correct.... The RDX 400 shoots the heavier XX75 (435 gn) 400 fps. and has 140 FP KE, the Invader 400 shoots the Pro Lite (370 gn) 400 fps and has 132 FP KE. Pretty normal math if you know the variablesActually they got different grain arrows, consequently different speeds. It looks like to me they will shoot different with same arrow. A little confusing.
I thought the RDX was only getting 380ish with a 425 gn?Correct.... The RDX 400 shoots the heavier XX75 (435 gn) 400 fps. and has 140 FP KE, the Invader 400 shoots the Pro Lite (370 gn) 400 fps and has 132 FP KE. Pretty normal math if you know the variables![]()
Your the one that told me that lol...didn't you set a couple RDX400 up for some friends?I'm not sure what owners have been reporting but looking at the TenPoint info. it's 400 fps.

There ya go. Consider your source....Your the one that told me that lol...didn't you set a couple RDX400 up for some friends?
Gotcha...I thought you said 385 was with a 400 or 425 gn. My badThere ya go. Consider your source....
The RDX400 xbows I've setup were packaged with Chameleons, Zombies then the EVO-X arrows. I don't remember chronoing either of Jerrys arrows but I may have. The EVO-X arrows are a bit heavier at 455-457 gn with Alpha Bright nocks and I did test my brother in laws RDX 400 and they flew 385 fps.
Here's the RDX400 SPEC info. off the TenPoint site. I don't see any info. on the Pro Lite 370 gn arrow. It is rated at400 fps with a 370 gn arrow. Have had several people tell theirs shoots around 385 with 400 gn arrow. 455 gn at 385 fps would mean 410-415 with 400 gn arrow. This a large discrepancy. Were cams advanced?
I'm thinking TenPoint better take a look at what they're publishing. Lol!! I've seen it posted on here several times also that people are getting around 385fps with a 400gr arrow. Here's the RDX400 SPEC info. off the TenPoint site. I don't see any info. on the Pro Lite 370 gn arrow.

That was me and the WR 400 was not asked about. It was tested with the aluminum arrow.Found it on archery talk. Man asked about speed and weight of arrows. Ten points answer was 370 gn at 400 fps. Why would they say up to 400 fps if they are exceeding that?
