Excal refuses to recut, replace or inspect faulty riser.
Refuses to take bow in, for examination/confirmation of condition.
Says they will continue replacing limbs as needed.

I dont believe I have ever heard of anyone having been told (by Dawn) that machining errors/claims will not be addressed.
Has anyone else ever had an issue (that was not limb related) where an R.A number was not given?
Seems odd.

Both of my 405’s had risers modified and limbs replaced. My BD400 got an entirely new, redesigned riser plus new limbs.

I’ve only ever had one riser modified. It was part of an experiment. In the end, this was not the preferred fix. The newest limbs are a much better idea.

o.k. but this riser was put on a draw board and it showed consistant tiller out.
swapped limbs left to right dollars same off.
This was explained and the request to return for examination was denied.
That's IMO pretty odd.
