Sorry I cant help you. I had trouble without dam things too. From what I have seen you can get new heads for just a little more than the blades cost. Cant you take another apart and measure it? Good luck

The set screw is a cupped tip, #4-40, 3/16" long. The wave washer is a # 4 size with an ID of .125" & an OD of .250". The wave washer is magnetic... so you might get lucky and find your lost washer by sweeping a neodymium magnet around on the floor/carpet? :)

If a magnet don't snatch it then you may source them on McMaster-Carr:
Steel: Steel Single-Wave Washer (this one has a .040" larger OD, may possibly be too large?)
Or optionally in Stainless Steel: 18-8 Stainless Steel Single-Wave Washer (this one may fit the best)

These are the allen head set screws in steel in case ya wanna stock some spares:
Alloy Steel Cup-Point Set Screw
Or in Stainless Steel:
18-8 Stainless Steel Cup-Point Set Screw

Have fun!
