Buy some cheap picatinny rings and steal the screw & nut you need.
Being Chinese made my first guess is metric, second is they copied imperial (inch).
Measure diameter and use a thread pitch gage to know for sure.
I have a set of Weaver rings you can have for $12TYD (unless Canada or Alaska) that might have parts you can pirate. Maybe swap both cross bolts/thumb nuts from these so yours match? All threads are good.
