So, all we kept hearing for a couple months was "The virus doesn't "like" heat, and things will slow down once summer gets here. Now you look at all the places that have rapidly growing infection rates, and they are in the south, where it should be pretty dang hot already. Heck, statiscally, maybe the safest place to be right now it in New Jersey. It's like the Bizzarro world.
I have not seen that in print since the first month or so of the pandemic. It never made a lick of sense when hot climate areas all over the world very getting as many or more cases as everywhere else was. Take a look at FL right now, you see pictures of hundreds of folks with very few social distancing any more or wearing masks and their numbers are exploding and the greater percentage are now young folks instead of the elderly. Why? The young think they are invincible and the old listen and do what they need to stay safe. This pandemic is here to stay unless someone finally comes up with a valid vaccine that works. And even then like the flu it will still show up.
This is what happens to a 24 year old “punk” when he breaks into a 73 year old’s house! Threatens him and his wife with a knife not knowing he was a boxer, marine and hand to hand combat instructor. Lol...😤
