Go back to the store, insist on a trade/exchange or a store credit refund.I purchased some raven 400gr match grade bolts. I wasn’t paying attention when I got them and it says for raven bows only. I have a spectre 375. So is there a way to make them work for my crossbow because I also lost the receipt so I can’t return them.
Similar thing happened to me but different product. Bought a Stealthcam viewer from Dunham's. Display looked fine and powered up, but I threw the packaging away, and when I finally used it, turns out the display was too small. Took it back and they wouldn't accept it. Electronic device and no packaging.
Insisted on speaking to the manager, and we worked out a deal for full store credit.
If you ask for an exchange first, explaining the problem, a reasonable retailer/vendor will see you're not trying to pull a money scam.
