Here we go again!! I’m happy with the ‘23 505 but contemplating something different for target shooting & as a backup. Will take a lot to move me off my R29 but will see. I won’t ask Randy to throw us a bone quite yet as he doesn’t start to give “TEASERS” until around early Dec.

 

My gut tells me what it will be, but time will tell.

I won't buy any NEW bow that has new technology on it. It needs time to work out kinks. I would rather buy a two year old model for , 50 , percent off than buy a new one at full price.
If I can get a 460 at around a grand, I would buy one. If not, I'll stick to what I have.

I can wait. I waited two years to buy my Tenpoints for 50percent off original price. They killed the same as the year they came out. 🤔

 

I demand a real DFI because I can’t remember to load an arrow before I shoot and I must be saved from myself . Just like Jelly Roll says “ somebody save me from myself”.

 

If they do this, those same people “I’ll buy a tenpoint when it has a real anti dry fire” are just gana move to their next excuse.
If you don’t like it don’t buy it. To me it’s strange behavior, I don’t go and talk to other manufacturers and demand they change their bows cause I don’t know how to use it properly. I have no care as it’s their business and they can do what they want, I don’t have the energy or concern to constantly voice an emotion oops I meant opinion.

 

I will most likely be staying with my 2023 Vapor again next season. My arrow, broadhead, scope setup is really in the sweet spot. I’ve got posts all over Burris oracle x and TP crossbow shooters Facebook pages telling the ones complaining about their equip to send them all to me for free. Some of the stuff I see is amazing. People are either really stupid or just don’t read directions. Maybe a little of both……. One fella had his string on the DFI THREE DAYS IN A ROW! But it’s that damn acuslide and Tenpoint’s fault cuz they make junk 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️😳😳😳😳

Nitro 505 certainly taps me out for speed using 490 grain arrows. Personally now would prefer the manufacturers start working on things such as true trigger refinement, longevity & better limb matériels, findings the sweet spot on compactness & weight, much better stock arrows, etc.

 

I always look forward to what TP rolls out every year. They do a great job keeping their lineup fresh.
