So I posted this in the general area and then started thinking it would make more since to do it here
.
So I just got back from getting a trigger job on my Centerpoint Amped 415. The bow shoots great but the stock trigger is a tad heavy and the “long creep” is absolutely terrible.
So I called TX_RDXguy here on the forums to see if he could tweak it for me. I have to say it was money well spent, VERY WELL SPENT! It feels like and shoots like a completely different bow now. The 5/8” creep/ travel in the trigger is gone. The trigger now has a nice crisp feel to it. For those on the fence about getting a trigger job done I highly advise it. TX_RDXguy was fast, knowledgeable, and did a awesome job.

Not sure about yours, but my stock trigger had about 5/8" of creep before the trigger would go off. It was so hard to get off a accurate shot with the stock trigger it was frustrating. Not sure why centerpoint would make such a great bow and finish it off with that trigger. I was seriously considering a new bow until TX_RDXguy worked his magic.

Good to hear Shaun and thanks for the post on your Amped experience.

Yes, it's surprising that CP hasn't improved the creep in their triggers. The new 2021 bows and carry-over models, with the exception of the CP400 have lighter break pressure which is a step in the right direction.
