For general big game hunting what bolt weight do you prefer? Also, what FPS do you feel is the best balance between lethality, trajectory, bolt wear/stress, and bow wear/stress?

I favor an arrow that gives me a somewhat flatter trajectory -makes estimating yardage less critical- while maintain sufficient KE. That translates to 400-430 grains total weight at approx 350 fps. Keeping my shots withing 45 yards, I don't need more speed to get the job done, it's too hard on equipment and targets.
