For general big game hunting what bolt weight do you prefer? Also, what FPS do you feel is the best balance between lethality, trajectory, bolt wear/stress, and bow wear/stress?

My bow is rated to shoot a minimum of 350 grains but I'm shooting a total of 405 grains. I have tried heavier but found there is no real reason to do so since the 405 grain arrows are all pass-thrus. A heavier arrow will only dig a little deeper into the ground after the pass thru and it is also traveling a bit slower. My bow is rated at 330 fps at 350 grains so I am guessing it's shooting @ 312 fps with the 405 grainers.
