What do you guys that work on your crossbows use to hold them when leveling cams and leveling a scope? Looking for a good one for my shop and need some input. Thanks for the help. Pics if possible

I use the Caldwell Stinger rest for my rifles and crossbows. It is adjustable to use with my super short KI X1, my wider Mission Sub 1, and my longer TenPoint Venom X. You just have to take off any sling, and adjust it to fit the crossbow you have. You also have to maneuver the crossbow to find the points where the rest supports it best. You can adjust both the rear and the front rest up or down to level it, and you can also move the front rest forwards and backwards to suit the length of your crossbow. The contact points are rubberized to resist slipping, and you can use simple straps to make it even more snug. It is portable, solid, heavy enough to resist sliding, and of course works great for any long arm, even AR style rifles with extended magazines.
The stinger is the rest I'll be picking up. A friend let me use his and I liked the way the rubber was soft enough to provide some grip and the V shape held the stock really well. I'm thinking of adding a velcro strap at the foregrip area to hold the bow steady while I make adjustments to the scope, chasing the POI.
I have two high quality rifle jigs, different brand names but basically designed the same.
Shooter Choice and Inventive Technology. These were available before Covid hit but
have not seen them advertised since.
I use mine to work on along with a press. The crossbows will be strapped down in these jigs
with a level bubble on the jig and crossbow. The crossbows will be shot in this position as
I want pin point accuracy. Any free hand shooting accuracy errors is me and not the crossbow.
Wishing you all the best.
Take care.
I had this for my vertical bow, mounted on top of the bench. Mounted it on the side and this bike rack is an awesome crossbow vise. 25.00 on amazon, if anyone needs an inexpensive way to hold their crossbow.
If you have a vice, could go with something like this to grip the foregrip of the crossbow like a tripod. Just clamp it in a vice and lock it down. Could even get a small chunk of aluminum and bolt it down using the 1/4-20 or 3/8 mounting bolt so you can hold the bow vertically or horizontal
