There are no budget xbows that actually shoot a hunting weight arrow 430 fps. By hunting weight ,i mean 425 gn or more. There are a few that claim 430-435 fps but its smoke and mirrors using light arrows.

The ones I listed were as close as I could find for the op for a budget and close to 430. But most would shoot about 380-410 which is plenty for Bambi.

From the ones I mentioned the Wicked ridge and Killer Instinct will be the best bet for speed and price. You can get a Wicked Ridge Invader M1 that decocks with an advertised speed of 390fps that keeps you $100 under your budget. But that 390 will be closer to 375 once you move up in arrow weight. Still plenty fast and plenty for deer and any broadhead you want to shoot.

Back in June, with the great data that FMIC provided in his post #10, I produced a performance chart for that xbow with a trend line of all of the data. Using the chart, you can basically pick your arrow weight and get an idea of the speed you'd get.

This is right on the money, I bought the bow from FMIC and ordered some arrows from @WWB that weigh 410 grains and they are coming in at about 415 FPS using my speed ring scope.
