Hey guys,

I have a simple question. I have a Ravin 29X. I used to use the Ravin 400 grain bolts last year, but I wanted to try out the new heavier 500 grain Ravin bolts. I wanted to know if anyone knows how much FPS would drop approx? I see online a lot of different variations. I just want to know so if can set my scope tape closer to the speed instead of guessing a lot (I don’t have that awesome oracle X yet, or a chrono)

I think you are referring to the R500 arrows. If you are they actually weigh 400 grains. Same as the other Ravin arrows for weight.

Then show me a link to one at 500 grains please.
Edit: You are correct and I did find them listed at 500 grains. The other site I had looked at had them shown at 400 grains for the R500.
