I recently got myself an AMPED 426 and Im currently shooting bloodspot witness 20 inch arrows with 125gr field tips. When I talked with the seller he was getting consistently 360-375fps or so on similar 475gr arrows.

I'm currently shooting at a 350fps Bag target backstopped by an old foam floor mat target but about 1/10 shots is blowing clean through and shredding off my fletching. That same bag is able to stop my Barnett 280FPS bow with no trouble but its tissue paper for the new Centerpoint.

What is everyone using to stop a 400+ FPS bow so we don't have to constantly replace arrows when they get shredded or stuck in the backstop after blowing through the target bag? Bonus points if it doesn't cost an arm and a leg or if it something I can DIY.

Buy a BigShot Extreme 500 from Cabela’s or BPS for around $149, or get a Morrell Kinetic 1.0 from the same for a little more and your issue will be solved.

EDIT - ...actually the Kinetic 1.0 is about $20 cheaper than the BigShot Extreme 500 right now at Cabela's and BPS.

I pretty much have the same bow as you
CP Heat 425 and I’m using a Delta/McKenzie Speed bag for field points and I love it. Arrows pull out super easy. It’s rated up to 525fps. Field points only and you can pick it up for about $70 at Bass Pro.

This is all I've used the last 2 years. It's best if the clothes/bedding/etc you stuff it full of is natural fiber (cotton, wool, etc) rather than synthetic fibers. Synthetic can melt to the arrow from the friction heat and make it harder to remove. With all natural fiber it's true 2 finger removal.
