I have been using a Plano case for the last 7-8 years. No complaints, still works great. I did glue some additional foam padding in to it, and use foam pipe insulation over the limbs. Probably overkill, but I’ve had zero problems and my bows have always held zero.
I guess I do wish it had a storage compartment for small tools, broad heads and other small accessories. But I have a small case that fits in the space behind the buttstock that handles all of the small stuff.

Same here….we keep our spare Stealth SS crossbow in the basic Plano hardcase in our Jeep as a backup….the Ten Point crossbows we use during the archery season are stored in the Ten Point soft cases. I also agree that a storage area inside the Plano hardcase would be nice, but then the entey level cost might be affected !
