Out of the 5 bows I have owned I would rate them as follows. Swat X1, Swat XP, TP Viper, Barnett Whitetail hunter 2 and KI Rush 380.

The WH2 had a trigger tech trigger and I don't know if I just had a bad one or what but I was not nearly as impressed with it as a lot of others members. The Swat triggers have no creep and break quickly and cleanly. It took a little to get used to the 2 stage trigger on the Viper after shooting the Swats so much but once you take up the slack the trigger is very nice IMO.

IMO the 3 bows you have it narrowed down to are very different and you need to get out and handle them before making your decision. I did this a few weeks back with a bunch of different bows from a few different manufacturers. I personally do not like the way the R26 feels for me when shouldered. It feels very tight and compact compared to my X1. I don't know what the LOP is on the R26 but I guarantee it is shorter than the X1. The Sub 1 felt front heavy and bulky to me. I didn't handle a 380 micro because the dealer didn't have any yet but out of all the bows I played with and even the bows I own the Micro 340 felt the best to me. Light, well balanced, just fit well. I imagine the 380 would feel the same.

So take it for what it's worth but personally I would get out and at least handle some and try to shoot the ones on your list.

No one has a better trigger than the Mini Vertical Crossbow, NO ONE! It is fully adjustable and is better than any custom built riffle trigger. You should have one of the main guys from CN to do a Trigger Challenge. I would gladly send one of the Mini's to them and compare them to all the rest! Better yet, have it at one of the big ASA Shoots, that way you could have a representative there from each company, and have some of the magazine writer or editors there as well. I would show up for that!

No one from crossbow nation would do this because none of the crossbow companies with less than great triggers would want that to go public. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: The mini is one of the finest triggers that I have shot.;)

Too light tricker adjustment is a safety issues for the manufacturer. The best possible solution is that it is already of high quality and all you have to do is go hunting. For example, ACP pro shot tricker, Trickertech, KI (these only have experience for themselves) Sure, the Mini vertical can be a good trigger but the first thing that comes to mind is how it would fit and work under a heavy load. (heavy lbs) Personally, I don't think there is any trigger mechanism that is generally suitable for all brands, when many people appreciate such different things.

But, the OP was "What crossbow company has the best stock trigger?"

"Vertical Crossbow, NO ONE! It is fully adjustable and is better than any custom built riffle trigger. " LOL 😀
The trigger of any crossbow cannot even be compared to the trigger of a Custom made sniper rifle. Returning to the thread topic, my opinion remains that the best stock model is the ACP pro shot tricker or the Trickertech compound model as well.

The vertical crossbow may have a better trigger, but the problem with these devices is both the performance and the vertical bow. Because most people want to be able to put on the crossbow and not use it via trained safety rules. Furthermore, you can use any other crossbow on both sides (left and right). All in all, this probably quite pleasant trigger has some disadvantages that you have to accept.
All in all, this crossbow is just a bow with shoulder rest with whose handling you have to come to terms.

Scorpyd death stalkers are waht you could use to currently measure "good" against.

I would say after that its Ravin. Anything at or under 3 pounds is all i will ever need.
I can live with 3 to 4 but thats the cut off for where the...."wow what a crappy trigger they have in this thing." begins

On a side note: It does seem to me that the heavier the bow is the less you will notice the trigger
being a bit heavier.

I have a Scorpyd Aculeus 135lbs, and if I set the Trgger to very light then I feel like I have no pressure point anymore. With this setting I have the feeling that as soon as I touch the trigger the arrow goes on the way. With larger pull weights I only know to a limited extent how it feels, but the 180lbs with light adjustment is about on the nivau of my 135Lbs on heavy adjustment (felt-not measured).

The trigger is best better or at least as good as the trigger of a "Sniper Rifle". If you are up to try it, I will find someone in your area to let you shoot it, you will be surprised!

The vertical orientation has much more advantages than you can understand until you hold it and shoot it. And yes, it is a "crossbow with just a bow with shoulder rest", but aren't they all?

@jag Advantages and disadvantages depend on the intended uses. For me as an athlete, she would certainly have advantages in standing disciplines, but then it stops. Successful use is problematic, not impossible, but not easy. Ambidextrous use would make it necessary to rebuild. Being able to position the support hand optimally is complicated and the tendon is always a safety risk from one side which not everyone can handle. But it is much easier and safer to have this part on top of a crossbow.

These bows are built Left or Right Handed. If you are speaking of hand position, being un safe, it is not. This short video explains.

The mini is fully adjustable from very light to heavy pull and it breaks like glass. It just has to be adjusted to your liking.

@thirdhandman Maybe, but no is not for me. I don't shoot milliametrically, I want to support it short in a sporty way, it doesn't work that way.
My targets and animals do not move, so I support the crossbow in the short stop. I don't like to support it the long way, is not mine. I want to have all limbs close to the body to better control my physical weaknesses.
