I have some Wicked Ridge match 400 arrows with the aluminum HP receiver bushings and the unlighted Alpha-nocks. I would like to change out the Alpha-nocks to the lighted Alpha-blaze nocks. On the Tenpoint website under "Arrows", Then "Alpha-nock HP, Q&A", as to questions about removing the Alpha-nocks it says that they are not glued in, just a press fit. Remove the field point and insert a 1/8" rod and tap the nock out. The problem is that the field point receivers on the front of the arrows don't have a hole through them. They are closed. Before I grab the Alpha-nocks with pliers and try to pull them out, and possibly ruin an arrow, I would like to know if they are really a press fit only, or maybe glued in. Has anyone tried this?
