Acudraw pro issue and need diagram.

Would anyone happen to have a diagram of the Acudraw pro? I'm having an issue with mine where the axel or shaft that the crank handle attaches to will not always engage. The axel can move sideways around a quarter of an inch which prevents it from engaging. It cranks fine but if my hand were to slip off the handle while cranking the string up, it would be a knuckle buster, if not worse for sure. Looks like a clip of some kind might be missing that holds the axel or shaft in place. Thanks in advance.

It should still be in warranty. It's not the power spring because the cranking part with the sled still works great. The problem is that the shaft that the cranking handle attaches to can slide sideways almost a quarter of an inch. When that happens a gear on that shaft or axel, whatever you want to call it, can't engage with another gear that keeps the unit from back spinning if your hand was to slip off the handle whole in the cranking process. I know, clear as mud, but if you could see it it would be easier to understand. I was hoping yo find a diagram to see if the is supposed to be a clip on the shaft to keep it from sliding back and forth. There is a shallow groove around the shaft which has me wondering if maybe an E or C clip might have come off. Thanks guys. I did do a conversation with Randy but I know it's the busy season for him so I haven't heard back yet. I'm sure he will but I also understand that it may a few days.

Take off the left side cover.
Check the end of the shaft the crank goes on.
There should be a Torx drive screw and flat washer screwed into the end of the shaft.
For the shaft to move side to side, I'll bet your screw & washer are missing. View attachment 274421 View attachment 274422
Thanks Z5. It was sent to TenPoint for repair and is working fine now. It was not the main spring but some kind of internal flat spring.
