on a phone X-act sucks, but with much page changing and button pressing I can find what I want, but with a laptop or tablet using chrome it's super detailed. from 1 yard preset's for archery and rimfire to rifle and long range.

Hawke X-act lets you dial in exactly your setup! to the 1/10 of an inch your optics centerline above your arrow rail is, to speed, yardage your zero'd at and gives everything from trajectory, time of flight, wind deflection from whatever preset you choice for distance and as I said, in 1 yard increments, 2,5,10, whatever you determine you want.

You can have graph or table, and even print your reticle and settings to tape to your stock as you have mentioned doing in the past. You will probably even be able to use those old scope reticles, and see how they change at different powers you select. It is the most detailed program I have found. Know your BC, enter it or their preset BC's, bow rifle rimfire, airgun etc.

Like I said before Tim, I got no idea about using it phones, it sucks in my opinion on a phone,, but so does about anything for me, as you have seen, my post suffer dramatically when I try and post using a phone!

But I would think it would requier the same input from the user to get accurate information, and once all the little details are entered it should be as accurate as it is in a home computer, or Microsoft version whatever. I hate cyber chit when anything changes. I'm sure folks can do anything on an android I do on my Dell's, but I ain't investing the time or the effort to use PHONE for a computer???? Old School, all the way,, er well as much as possible in today's world,,,, :(

There may be slight changes when you sight in in real life, depending on coeficient, center of scope to center of rail, etc, but out to 60 it will be very close, and a little tweeking to the 60 yard impact on that 4th aiming point, and you should be good to go, with dead on hold out to 30 even 35 , 40, 50, and 60, the way that graph shows using your second aiming point for your 40 yard zero. That would work where I hunt!

I have always verified the graphs and tables with my setup in real life but have always made 25, 30, or 35 yards zero work using their data. I usually shoot 30 zero for my first dot, move my target to 50 and set the speed ring for the 3rd aiming point, and been more than close enough to use the second aiming point for 40, and the forth aiming point for 60 doing it that way. Plus like you been able to adapt it to other brand scopes, but always used the ones with the dedicated crossbow reticles.

Anyone can do it blind and guess but heading to the range with the information X-act gives you, that fine tuning is extremely quicker and much easier. It even gives you a good idea where your hold is going to be using a single aiming point, and plenty good for the kill zone on big game. Again, I have never tried to make heart shots with archery equipment at any range! No need when taking out the lungs, an 8" kill zone, a 100% kill proposition!

Go get em Tim you'll be ready for that next big boy!
