Testors makes a 8 color camo flat enamel paint set for around $15. I tried it on a couple of dings in my camo and was able to blend it with the original. You can mix and blend to get a matching color for almost any camo. I had used colored magic markers in the past but this works much better and has enough body to even fill small chips.
