Same here. LOP a little long for me. Would be nice to be a tad shorter.this right here ruins the whole bow for me as well the LOP is wat to long on the Rev X stock..
I've thought along these lines too, but reckon the added drag of the rollers would slow it down a lot.Cept for the nitemare butt backwards limbs, not all that diffrent from what I proposed back in 2021. https://www.crossbownation.com/thre...-it-was-up-to-you-to-design-the-2022-excalibur-flagship-bow.116027/post-1552279

Would need a sled to cock it tho an I hate sleds 🤕
I was gonna ... say "Hold on a minute cowboy" when I read about switching out the R29X already. 😂$2k is a lot to drop on this one. I really like the look of it but I dont think any Excalibur bow is worth more than $1,200. I was excited about it but the excitement has washed away and I'm back in common sense mode...keeping my R29X, lol. I hate new bow release days...
Lol, yeah...I get a little crossbow crazy sometimesI was gonna ... say "Hold on a minute cowboy" when I read about switching out the R29X already. 😂![]()
Ain't hard ... around here to get sucked into the vortex when the new car fever tornado comes by at 732mph.Lol, yeah...I get a little crossbow crazy sometimes
You've been caught up in the same vortex a thousand times in your life just like anyone else, whether crossbows or anything else is the subject matter. Say you haven't, without saying you haven't.Ain't hard ... around here to get sucked into the vortex when the new car fever tornado comes by at 732mph.

One day I mite try it but figured the idler/rollers bein on ball bearings (like they do for cams) wouldn't add any drag BUT since the string/cable changes direction twice, it mite reduce cockin effort by more than twice since simple rope block an tackles reduce effort by twice with every directional change AND the front idlers bein out at the end would effectively lengthen the power stroke without the need for uglt butt backwards limbs. Fun to think about these things an if I had the equipment, I'd have tried it (an maybe failed) already. 🤔I've thought along these lines too, but reckon the added drag of the rollers would slow it down a lot.
I was told its completely field serviceable, no press needed. If this is true, this will be a grand slam home run for Excalibur.Well its different I'll give Excalibur that.
A+ for getting out of the box thinking.
Wonder if you need a press ?
A narrow fast RDT recurve whats this world coming to.

What improved limbs do you have on your BD 400? I absolutely love my Bulldog 400, its my current favorite crossbow. I've bought a few new xbows over the last few months, but I haven't shot them yet, the REV-X being one of them. But im interested in your statement on improved limbs? My Bulldog 400 is only a few fps faster than my Matrix 380. Its shooting 350gr at 386fps. But if I could pick up a few extra fps with some new limbs, I would buy a few sets, & use my current limbs on my Matrix 380 & Bulldog 400 as spares.I like it, but won’t get one. My BD400 (with improved limbs but slowed some with the Flemish string) FINALLY actually obtains 400/350g arrow. My RevX is actually faster than spec and is 403/350g. So, I expect this small Excal will meet it’s speed claim (350g?).
Ya, someone told me this yesterday, that's awesome. Im pretty excited to see how this new Excalibur pans out reliability & accuracy wise. If its even half as accurate as my BD400, its going to be amazing. It is completely field serviceable. No press required for anything.
Watch for videos released today.
Which is how it should be.Excal. Done went and dipped their toes in the wheelie bow world . What’s next pray tell Democrats and Republicans getting along?🫣
It's 16" and a higher comb. Designed to be more forgiving to the large optics that are all the rage today. I'm 5'9 and have no issues with it. Altho it's a drastic change from the old style Excal stocksWhat is the LOP on the RevX stock? Seems like many say it is too long so I am curious to what it actually is.
