I can't review an invader for you but I have a warrior and for the money you can't beat it.The Invader is it's big brother so to speak and probably even better.Wicked Ridge and Ten Point have a great reputation and cust service with many loyal owners so I think you can't beat their products, good luck.

 

Thanks for the warm welcome. I haven't heard anything bad about Ten Point or Wicked Ridge but I like to make sure I'm fully informed before I buy.

 

I don't know if this is a review but I bought one two years ago and shot at 4 deer and put all 4 in my freezer.I really like it a lot.I use slick trick 100gr. mags with it.A very accurate and deadly set up.You can't go wrong for the price of the Invader.

 

I see you like Slick Tricks, haven't used those yet. I use Muzzy's in my Hoyt and have had good luck. The Invader comes with 100gr field tips. I would have thought they would be 125s. Any other broadhead recommendations?

 

I use the 100 grain G5 T3 broadheads. They leave big holes and fly like field tips. Don't open in flight and I've had all 3 blades fully deploy on each deer.
I am shooting the Wicked Ridge Warrior (292 FPS) with a 442 grain total weight arrow (brdhd weight included). The arrows are from Carbon Express.

You'll be very happy with the Wicked Ridge line I'm sure.

I bought a WR Invader 3 years ago. No complaints as of yet. I am using Slick Trick 100gr with carbon arrows with absolutely no complaints with accuracy. I have had all pass throughs so far. This year I am trying Rage 2 blade. They shoot exactly like the Slick Tricks so I will carry both in my quiver.

 

Wow this thing is a shooter. Dead on right out of the box. Put a bipod on it and my nine year old daughter wanted to shoot it all day, and she was also putting them in the bullseye at 20 or 30.

 

WOW getting really convinced to getting one of these, new to the sport and will probably check them out.

I purchased a new 2012 Invader about a month ago. I love it !! Great bow and a very good price. Made in the USA. I have absolutely no complaints, and have had no problems with the bow. I have practiced with it extensively, probably 600+ shots so far. It is very accurate, I will not shoot more than one bolt at the same aiming point. My wife's second shot shooting it. Robin Hooded her first shot. I shot most every bow I could, anywhere close to this price range. Nothing I found compared to the Invader. I would highly recommend this bow.
