MagMax 350 vs Micro Extreme 360

In my quest to find a new crossbow, I've narrowed my decision down to the micro extreme 360 or the new magmax. I'm trying to gain some insight as to how the extreme may be a better crossbow, aside from the obvious difference of 10 extra fps. I also noticed that the risers are different with the extreme's looking to bit a bit larger with more hardware. Is the extreme riser better, ie. more durable or lighter? What led to the elimination of some hardware on the magmax's riser, and has that concept been heavily tested and accepted to meet Excalibur's robust durability standards? Also, are there any less obvious differences that I need to be aware of, such as possibly newer upgraded components in the magmax vs the extreme? I intend to rope cock and decock by hand, so will the new rope with the integrated decock hook be compatible with the extreme should I go with it? Cost and fps are not a big deal to me. I just want to choose the better crossbow that will last a lifetime. I'm not concerned with the optic either since that can be easily changed if I don't like it.

I ended up ordering the Magmax from Wyvern. They threw in some extras, so that was nice. I emailed Excalibur about the riser differences and here's the reply they sent me:

Good morning,
The riser on the Extreme is not necessarily better, one is just as good as the other, and it is slightly heavier with the hardware it has on it verses that of the MagMax.
The elimination of the addition hardware is just a more streamline design and we do extensive testing on all of our new product/crossbows for a year before we release them to the public.
The only difference between the two is the riser design, draw weight, over all length, slight weight difference and speed.

Just though I'd share this in case anyone else was wondering.
