I agree about their quivers needing some work. I have a TenPoint Siege and the quiver that came with mine sounds to be a little different than yours. Mine has rubber to hold the heads. The blades of the broadheads slide into slots so they stay closed. The heads do go in far enough to push the dental bands back and they need to be rolled back into place. Mine is a 6 arrows quiver with four arrows on the front and 2 on the back. The 2 on the back appear to be made for field tips. An expandable will sit in them, but the blades are exposed. You wouldn't dare put a fixed blade head in one.
My complaint with the quiver is arrow retention & the mounting bracket. To ME it is difficult to get the quiver mounted and locked on so it stays on. The arrows seem to pop out pretty easy also. I carry my bow over my shoulder with a sling. Last year I was walking out of the timber and heard something behind me. Turned around and there was my quiver laying on the ground. When I picked it up, I was missing an arrow. I back tracked about 75yds and found the arrow. On another occasion, when I got back to the truck and was putting the bow away I noticed I was missing arrow. I found it the next day about 50yds for my stand. Since having the quiver fall off the bow I just started carrying it in my pack...at least now when arrow pops out(they have several times), it stays in the pack and I don't have to go searching for it. I always remove my quiver when I get in the stand anyway, so it's really not an issue. I actually removed the mounting bracket from the bow.

Hole/place on the back for an arrow. See how the blades are exposed...imagine if it was a fixed blade!
