Hello, I am Troy from Michigan. I've been in bowstands for 44 years. I started shooting a Wicked Ridge Invader 400 about 3 years ago. Until then, I was a dedicated Hoyt guy. I had my right shoulder done maybe 10 years ago so that I could continue bow hunting. 3 years ago, my left shoulder decided that it didn't want to draw a bow anymore. Since my first shoulder surgery was such a painful b&*%h, I decided to make the switch to a crossbow. Some of my favorite things are: God, family, friends, campfires and cold beer, fresh walleye, and fried backstrap.

Welcome from Grand Rapids- same story with my shoulder as well. I like the WR line of crossbows- Right now I'm shooting a Ravin R10, Swat X1 and a Mission MXB Charge- Not all at once, but I take turns shooting each crossbow so I don't wear don the string and cables too much. Anyways, glad to have you on the forum and it's nice to see another Michigander!
God Bless

campfires and cold beer, fresh walleye, and fried backstrap. Welcome, I’d say that covers pretty much all of us.
