I would call Barnett and see if they can sell ya some talon nocks .
I know all there new arrows come with them .
I have one on a discharge arrow but its glued in. Just looking at it, it might work ? If I install it where one talon is down and two up, it'll allign a low spot or cut out on the nock with the ADF. It might take the pressure off ? But, will they fit my GT ballistic shafts ?

I was able to get the talon nock out and try it. Same problem. Dangit !
By any chance have you ever drop'd the bow on the front of the scope ?
Barnett trigger boxes are week in that aspect they will bend .

I am assuming the rail is straight as some times it will lay flat , does this bow have a arrow retention brush ?
Might benefit to have a arrow retention arm with more down pressure .
I for the life of me can not remember what the adf looks like , my little Barnett was given to my Dad .

It has the arm instead of the brush. I got it new but it was last years model.

I purchased 4 Barnetts since august this year. All of them did this. I just didn't know enough about them to know this made a difference. My 1st ever xbow was a raptor fx3 pro. Got it from a local pro shop. Grouped field points at 100 yds but wouldn't group BH's at 40. Took it back and traded for this 360 xbow I have now. It grouped good at 1st so I ordered one from walmart because of their return policy. Wanted a back up. Sent it back and got another 360. Sent it back too. Both had the brush retainers. Kept messing with this one and figured out what would make it group BH's. I used the same BH's every time. It was a combination of getting the arrow to lay flat on the rail every time and spine sorting and indexing. I know about the pressure adjustment on retainer. It seems pretty good now. Theres no danger of my arrow sliding out.

With out the bow in front of me , i can not think of any other thing to tell you to try .
I would contact Barnett and send it to them ,voice your displeasure ,i would hope they help you .

I'm just going to use the tricks I know. " Taking the safety off and reloading, then put safety back on." Its grouping great. Thanks y'all.[/QUOTE

As you mention, unloading and reloading things are working better. When an arrow is shot the tumblers (U-shaped section) folds forward, then comes part way back up but not yet to 90 degrees. Cocking the crossbow brings the tumblers all the way up, folding back toward the shooter. After the string passes over the tumblers, they will reset into the upright position. By unloading and reloading is something, now lining up proper that failed over time.
On one of my Barnett Ghost 410's the tumblers failed to come up to the part way position after the shot, but stayed down in the forward position. I cleaned the system as best I could with out removing the trigger box. I checked the tiny springs in case an arm of the spring had broken off. Relubing, nothing corrected the problem. Contacting Barnett for a replacement trigger box assembly, this could not be sent for me to install as it was a safety issue. Due to the cost of shipping to Barnett, 6 week turn around in travel not counting shop time, I had to figure something out. The closet Barnett dealer in Canada is 1500 miles one way. If they did not have the part, more lost time. Taking a very small flat screw driver an lightly pushing up wards on the tumblers, I got them to reset. The only problem was as soon as I shot an arrow was I had to remember to reset the tumblers. A couple of times I caught my self cocking the crossbow with the tumblers down.
Fortunate for me a chain store in Canada was getting rid of the 2014, 2016 model Barnett Buck Commander BCXtreme 365 Ultra Lite crossbows at a highly discounted price. I purchased one and liked it so bought two more for parts. Many of these parts are identical to what is used in the Barnett Ghost 410, 415 and 420. Carefully removing the old trigger box, I re installed one salvaged from a new Buck Commander. Everything works 100%.
In my case, the extreme amount of target shooting I do wore something enough in the old trigger box that it failed to function properly.
Maybe a new trigger box might correct your problem???
All the best.

I guess its possible but not likely rabbit. Everything seems to be working right. I'm just moving the ADF out of the way and putting it back after the arrow is loaded.
My brother got a new DOA from the sale at Dicks a week of so ago. His arrow is off the rail too. It must be repeatable because hes grouping good. Mine did too at first ? I told him to use my reloading trick and see if it works. I'll let y'all know ?
