Knowing the brace height can help for future reference. This is just me but I take a few different measurements when I get a new bow. First I check cam timing and roll over, you can check cam roll over with the help of a friend when you cock the bow or have your friend cock the bow watch the cams to make sure they are rolling over at the same time. Also I check cam timing at rest and make a note of where they are in relation to the timing marks. Checking brace height is only for reference to check for limb problems if one is off then it might indicate a weak limb.kotipelto said:So carbon Express gonna replace my string and cables free of charge because they already separated and have not evan had it a month. When I get it back I will measure the brace height and make sure it is good then just mark it there the way I got it from the factory so I have least a reference point. Would that be a good idea>? I do know exactly where the cams are supposed to sit. Tony at CE was pretty good at explaining it to me. Again,,ty so much. Lovin this forum,,koti
