I will try not to ramble to much. Bought my Ghost 350 about a month and a half ago. Started out accurate as hell. After about 40-50 shots it was shooting all over the place. ( shooting off bench with Barnett arrows at 20 yards). Noticed serving separation where string meets cam on both sides. Called Barnett, sent it back. Got bow back a little more than a week later. Same deal, started out accurate, 40-50 shots, now shooting all over the place. String serving separating on cables as well as string now. I sold my Quad 400 for the Ghost 350 bow thinking it was a better bow. Some questions for Jesse:
1. Is this problem due to a design flaw in the bow ?
2. Will I be constantly sending this bow back for the same problem?
3. Will after market strings cure this problem?
4. Is my bow defective?
5. Do you have new and improved strings that eliminate this problem and if so why were they not put on
when I shipped it back?
In my mind when you spend a couple of hundred dollars on a brand you trust you would like it to perform at peak performance for more than 40-50 shots or the 100 minimum shots that Barnett states you can get. I have already spent $20 of my money shipping it to you. I don't relish doing this again. Money is tight and hunting season is 5-6 weeks away. I do not want to be chasing my tail on this problem. Nor will I accept sending it back to have the same thing happen. I think I would like a new bow, Do you feel that this will solve the problem? I would appreciate Jesse answering these questions honestly. I want a resolution that puts a reliable accurate piece of equipment in my hands by Sept.
Thanks in Advance for your help.
